Fourteen days on my Laos Visa. An April 2nd flight to Nepal to rearrange in Bangkok. And some days in Northern Thailand to squeeze in between Laos and Bangkok. Feeling rushed for the first time.
Spent one day in Vientiane, the capital city. Just arrived Vang Vieng, a town four hours north of the capital city. Arrived to thunderstorms looming over the mountains, but the dark thunder clouds only spit some mist and then faded to a lighter gray. It is the sleepiest town I've been to yet and still I find myself consulting my guidebook to move from one end of the block to the other. I think I've walked the whole town twice and have been here an hour. Maybe I'll be moving on again tomorrow...
